Britain Sends 14 Delegates

No general election for delegates to the forthcoming World Zionist Congress is being held in Great Britain and Ireland. Instead, the several Zionist parties have agreed to divide the representation amicably, and have called on Zionists everywhere to follow this example.

“Only a united Zionist movement will successfully surmount the difficult times which lie ahead of us,” the agreement declares.

The fourteen mandates to which Great Britain and Ireland will be entitled at the Congress were divided as follows: General Zionists, 7; Mizrachi, 3; Poale Zion, 3; Jewish State Party, 1.
