A Krakow court rejected yesterday a jury’s verdict acquitting Adam Doboszynski, Nationalist leader, of leading an anti-Semitic raid on the town of Myslenice last June, and ordered a new trial before a different jury.
The judge sitting in the Krakow Jury Court, on hearing the verdict, declared it not in accordance with the evidence and discharged the jury. The trial opened on June 15. Dobodzynski is president of the Krakow District National Democratic Party.
