IL Regime Fascista, Cremona daily, charged today that President Roosevelt was guided in his armament policy by “United States Jews” who “want to destroy our Christian civilization.”

A front-page article by Giovanni Graziosi, editor of the Italian editions of “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” discredited record of a purported Jewish plot for world domination, attacked Roosevelt, the League of Nations and the Pan-American Conference.

Everybody can see in Roosevelt’s message to Congress on arms that he is encouraging “North American Jewish policies,” the article asserted. The President is not a man of peace, and even when he emphasizes peace, he remains “a man of war,” Graziosi declared.

“He is being guided by Jews, the only ones who are preparing for war,” the Fascist organ asserted. “It is true that the United States Jews wish to destroy our Christian civilization.”

The paper compared the late Woodrow Wilson and Roosevelt, “who have held the olive branch of a Jewish Freemasons’ peace, first imposing on the world the Jewish League of Nations and second the Pan-American Conference, the former a synagogue, the latter another synagogue.”

The Jews are warring against Japan to save Russia, the article charged. It sharply attacked American diplomats and correspondents for forming a “ghetto.”
