Switzerland Reported Seeking Shift in Site of First Refugee Parley

While accepting the American proposal to form an international committee to aid Austro-German refugees, the Swiss Government has advised Washington that the first meeting of the committee might better take place in a country more accessible than Switzerland, especially for delegates from overseas, it was learned today. It had been reported that the first meeting of the proposed committee would take place in Switzerland.
