It was announced officially today that the refugee problem was discussed at a Scandinavian intergovernmental conference here and at Fredensborg on June 21 and 22. Nations represented at the meeting were Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. It is believed that joint action at the Evian, France, refugee-aid conference opening July 6 was decided upon.
Justice Minister K. Steincke, Social Democrat, is expected to head the Danish delegation to the Evian gathering.
According to an official report, there are 1,278 German refugees in Denmark, 2,000 in Sweden and 100 in Norway.
