The German Government, redoubling its drive to purge the Reich’s economic system of “non-Aryans,” today placed numerous additional enterprises on the list of those in which Jews are forbidden to engage.

Hereafter Jews who carry on business activities as real estate brokers, real estate loan agents, real property managers, marriage brokers except where only Jews are involved, guides to foreign tourists or advisers on financial or personal affairs will be liable to prison sentences.

At the same time interior Minister Wilhelm Frick ruled that Jews may summarily be refused admittance to all seashore, river and lake beaches. Expulsion of Jews from these places will henceforth be at the discretion of the local directors without recourse to police.
