Reich Restricts Transit Visas

Special transit visas for Jews wishing to cross Germany are now being issued by the Reich consul here valid for only 24 hours, compared with the three-day period allowed in the customary transit visa. The measure is apparently aimed at preventing Jewish travelers from stopping over in Germany when crossing.
