French Committee Asks Funds for Refugees

A committee headed by Baron Robert de Rothschild published an appeal in the French press today urging private contributions to a fund for refugees from Germany. Like the Earl Baldwin Fund in England, the French funds will be distributed by the committee among the principal Paris relief organizations, chiefly for the care of refugee children and retraining adults.
