About $9,000 as a sustaining fund for the Palestine Symphony Orchestra was raised tonight a benefit concert at Carnegie Hall. Participating in the concert were Alexander Kipnis, basso; Josef Lhevinne, pianist; Chemja Vinaver, conducting a choir of refugees; Ruggiero Ricci, violinist, and others.
