Catholic Youth Group Offers Aviation Scholarships to 3 Jewish Students

Three underprivileged Jewish graduates of Chicago’s grammar schools will receive full four-year scholarships to the Lewis School of Aeronautics, which is maintained by the Catholic Youth Organization at Lockport, Illinois, for training in aeronautics and general educational courses as the result of an offer made to the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization of Chicago by Bishop Bernard J. Sheil, director of the Catholic Youth Organization.
