The authorities today prohibited circulation in this country of the New York Carpatho-Ukrainian newspaper Karpatska Rus. At the same time, Andrey Brody, former Premier of Carpatho-Ukraine, now a part of Hungary, issued a statement to the press condemning what he said were false rumors being circulated in the United States about the one-time Czechoslovakian territory. He said he would go to the United States if necessary to fight the rumors.
