Palestine Plans Curb on Bank Payments

Palestine banks, closed last weekend by Government order because of the international crisis, will reopen tomorrow and will be restricted to paying 15 per cent of deposits, it was reported today.

Three British battleships arrived in Haifa harbor.

Rumanian and Greek steamship lines to Palestine were suspended and ships en route were recalled.
