With the Royal Family in attendance, the opera “Kathrin by the Austrian-Jewish composer Erich Wolfgang Korngold, was given its world premiere here last night and was enthusiastically received. A capacity audience, including King Gustaf V, his brother Crown Prince Gustaf Albert and the Princess Royal, witnessed the performance at the Royal Opera.
