A check for $500, representing half the sum collected at Wednesday night’s protest meeting in Madison Square Garden, has been forwarded to former President Herbert Hoover as a contribution to the Finnish Relief Fund by the American Jewish Congress and the Jewish Labor Committee, it was announced today by Dr. Stephen S. Wise, president of the American Jewish Congress.
