Rome dispatches said that the Vatican has secretly issued a “Yellow Book” which deals, among other things, with Reich relations and Papal help to “non-Aryans.” The document records Brazil’s acceptance of 3,000 “non-Aryan” Catholics early this year as homage to Pope Pius XII following his election.
