Certificates permitting immigration to Palestine of deans of Polish Talmudic colleges who are now in Wilno, Lithuania, have been secured through the efforts of Rabbi Meir Berlin, president of the World Mizrachi Organization, it was announced here today. Among those emigrating immediately are Rabbi Cutler of Kleck and Rabbi Finkel of Mir. A certificate has also been reserved for Rabbi Chaim Oser Grodziensky, dean of the orthodox rabbinate.
