Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, will make “a momentous announcement of far-reaching importance” when he addresses the annual conference of the British Zionist Federation on Sunday night, Zionist circles said today. It is understood the announcement will deal with an offer to mobilize the Palestine Jews for the British war effort.
