The Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds, comprising 201 federations, welfare funds and community councils in 165 cities in the United States and Canada, will hold its eighth annual general assembly in Atlanta from Feb. 1 to 3, it was announced by Sidney Hollander of Baltimore, president of the Council. The 1941 meeting, Hollander declared, will be the most important in the history of the Council, which gained 25 new member agencies during the past year.
