Rumanian Denaturalizations Upheld

The Rumanian High Count of Appeal has ruled that the 1938 law depriving Jews of citizenship is constitutional on the ground that it does not interfere with the rights of Rumanian subjects, but only with those who acquired citizenship “by illicit means,” the Bucharest radio reported today.
