Cuban Jewry Presents Ambulance to British Army at Mass Rally

A cheque for $1,750 to purchase an ambulance for use with the British army was presented here to British Ambassador Sir George Ogilvie-Forbes, at a rally of 3,000 Cuban Jews, under the auspices of the Jewish Committee for Aid to the Democracies. The meeting, which was the largest ever held by Cuban Jews, was broadcast throughout Cuba.
