The role of the Jewish War Veterans in national defense in the present emergency will be discussed at the annual mid-winter conference of the organization, with delegates from all sections of the country in attendance, which opens here on Saturday. A report on the group’s defense activities will be given by National Commander Benjamin Kaufmann.
A symposium on national defense, at which leaders of the Army, Navy, civilian Defense organizations, the U.S.O. and the Jewish Welfare Board will participate, will highlight the conference.
