The Jewish Constituent Assembly of Palestine, the Assefath Hanivcharim, opened its three-day session here today to discuss various political and educational problems of Jewish life in Palestine. The Assembly will also vote on the budget for the Vaad Leumi, the Jewish National Council of Palestine.
