The establishment of a ghetto for the Jewish population in Swir, a town in the Vilna district, and the mobilization of all able-bodied Jews there for forced labor was ordered by the local Nazi occupation authorities, according to a report published in the Deutsche Zeitung im Ostland which reached here today.
