Seventeen Organizations Will Participate in Discussion on Racial Unity in U.S.

Educators, social workers, religious and civic leaders from 17 organizations will participate in panel discussions at the Greater New York Conference on Racial and Cultural Relations in the United States which will be held Saturday, December 12 at the Benjamin Franklin High School. it was announced here today.

Major attention of the conference’s panel discussions will be focused on an examination of the forces and factors in American life which lead to the development of attitudes among younger people which promote national unity and international understanding. Organizations sponsoring the conference include the American Committee for the Protection of the Foreign Born, American Jewish Congress, American League for Tolerance, National Conference of Christians and Jews, National Institute of Immigrant Welfare and others.
