Dr. Gershunov, Prominent Argentine Jew, Invited to Washington As U.S. Guest

Dr. Alberto Gershunov, prominent Argentine journalist and leading writer of the Buenos Aires newspaper La Nacion, is leaving for Washington where he will be a guest of the United States Government, it was learned here today. Dr. Gurshunov is the son of a Jewish colonist who came to this country many years ago.

The Argentine Zionist Federation today announced that it will provide scholarships for ten young Latin-American Jews enabling them to study at the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York. It also decided to raise one million pesos this year for the Keren Hayesod.
