The Jewish Conciliation Board of America today announced that Dr. Israel Goldstein, its president, has been named by the United States Department of Labor as a public representative for the Meat, Poultry and Dairy Products Industry. He is the only Jewish member of the group. This committee is to investigate conditions and to recommend minimum wage rates for all employees in this industry. It consists of a group representing employers, another group representing employees and a third group representing the public.
