Solomon Mikhoels and Itzik Feffer, the two-man Jewish delegation from Russia which is now visiting this country, were received today at City Hall by Mayor Fiorello La Guardia, who welcomed them in the name of New York City.
Mr. Mikhoels, who is a member of the municipal administration in Moscow, and Mr. Feffer, who held a similar post in Nazi-occupied Kiev, greeted the Mayor in behalf of their respective cities. They expressed their thanks for the aid which the people of New York have sent to the Russian people.
