Germans Rifled World-celebrated Rothschild Art Collection in Paris, O.w.i. Reports

The Office of War Information today reported from Paris that the world-celebrated Rothschild collections of paintings, sculpture and stoks has been completely rifled, as has the Calmann-Levy library. “Fortunately certain valuable collections owned by Jews had been made over to the Louvre before France’s fall and were thus preserved as part of the state collections,” the report raid.
