The Joint Distribution Committee announced today that a group of 1,000 Yemenite Jews living in a refugee camp in Aden and supported by the J.D.C., have been granted permission to enter Palestine.
The J.D.C. added that it would pay half the group’s travel expenses, the remainder being born by the Jewish Agency, J.D.C. will also provide necessary clothing for the refugees.
