A legal battle between Jews and Arabs for the land of Palestine has been decided in favor of the Arabs by the Privy Council, whose judicial committee acts as Supreme Court of Appeal in the British Empire, it was announced here today.
It concerned 360 acres of land on which stands the Jewish settlement of Ramat Ticmken, consisting of about 100 houses. Possession of this tract had been disputed between Jews and Arabs for fourteen years.
