Rabbi Uri Miller of the Beth Jacob Congregation here was elected president of the Rabbinical Council of America at its annual convention. Rabbi Miller who was formerly vice-president of the Council has also served as rabbi for congregation in Terre Haute, Omaha, and New Orleans.
