For the first time in the history of Argentina a pro-Zionist resolution was introduced today in the Argentine Congress sponsored by deputies of all parties, including Peronists, Radicals, Conservatives, Progressives and Democrats.

The joint resolution called upon the Congress to advocate that Argentina’s representative to the United Nations support “the historic claim of the Jews to their National Home along the lines of the Balfour Declaration and the Palestine Mandate.”
