Allied Control Commission Denies Closed Jewish School Was Underground Railway Station

The Jewish fishing school for DP’s at Hamburg which was closed down last week was not suspected of being a station on the underground route to Palestine, as reported by the British press, it was revealed here yesterday in a statement issued by the Allied Control Commission for Germany. The statement said that the school will be reopened in more suitable surroundings.
