The Supreme Court today rejected an appeal by the Arab Brass and Foundry Company that the Jewish Agency should ot be allowed to use “gift dollars” to purchase goods in the United States.
The Arab firm had also asked that the government’s agreement with the Agency, assigning a percentage of the funds contributed in the U.S. to Palestine Jews for purchase in America, be annulled. This was also rejected.
