More than 100 Jewish refugees from Shanghai arrived here today aboard the Marine Adder. They were aided by the Joint Distribution Committee and will be cared for in this country by the United Service for New Americans.

The majority of the group will settle in various parts of this country. However, eleven of the German and Austrian Jews who spent seven and eight years in the Chinese port city will continue to South and Central American countries.
