Several people were injured, one seriously enough to require hospitalization, last night, when fights broke out here during two anti-Jewish demonstrations organized simultaneously by pro-Mosleyites.

During one of the demonstrations the fascists paraded through the East End of London with arms outstretched in a fascist salute, shouting: “Down with the Jews.” “Heil Hitler.” “We want Mosley.”

Police swinging clubs broke up several fights which developed at a meeting called by the pro-fascist British League of Ex-Servicemen. The battles started when one of the audience at the meeting demanded the rostrum answer anti-Jewish slanders and was attacked by Mosleyites.
