Three thousand immigration certificates for women and children among the Jewish internees on Cyprus are expected to be issued shortly as a result of current negotiations between the Jewish Agency and the Palestine Government, it was learned here today. The visas would probably be deducted from the usual monthly quota of 1,500.

An editorial in the Communist newspaper Kol Haam today urges the immediate establishment of a provisional Jewish coalition government to secure internal peace and economic stability and frustrate outside efforts to delay a British withdrawal.
