The long-awaited government proclamation transfering abandoned and heirless Jewish property from government control to the adminitration of the Jewish Rehabilitation Fund for the rehabilitation and reconstruction ## the Jewish community was issued here today.
Under the terms of the proclamation, the transfer must be completed within 30 ##s. The Fund was established last March by a government decree. Its trustees are ##tly elected by the Jewish community and partly appointed by the government. The ##s elect 24 to the board of trustees, while the Cabinet names the remaining twelve ##bers who include Jews and non-Jews.
