Sergei Eisenstein, Noted Soviet Film Director, Dies in Moscow

Sergei Eisenstein, internationally famous film director and producer, died in Moscow yesterday at the age of 50, according to a Moscow radio announcement. The son of a Jewish merchant, he won many honors in the U.S.S.R. including the coveted Order of Lenin for his film achievements.
