The Federal Communications commission is studying charges that Los Angles radio station KMPC had ordered its news broadcasts slanted, particularly in an anti-Semitic direction. A petition submitted to the F.C.C. by Rabbi Stephen S. Wise, president of the American Jewish Congress, urging that BMPC’S license be revoked, is also being considered.

No official statement will be made on the case and no action taken until F.C.C. commissioners get both sides of the story, a spokesman said today.
