The charge that the United States and Britain have reached a secret agreement to force the Palestine Jews out of Galilee and the Negev and confine them in a small coastal "ghetto" strip was made here today by S.Z. Shragai, member of the Jewish Agency executive, who told a meeting of Mariachi laborites that this agreement was "behind" the American trusteeship plan.

Shragai asserted that the British wore calling in foreign Arabs to fight in Palestine because the local population would not war upon the Jews and that the Palestine Arabs will "take Bevin to task" for attesting to interfere with progress in the Middle East. He also said that the Palestine Jews will not be deceived by the trusteeship plan and would no longer place their faith in any of the great powers.
