Baron Pierre de Gunzbourg, president of the European friends of ORT and head of the World ORT Reconstruction Fund, died here last night at the age of 76.
Baron Gunzbourg, who was active for many years in various ORT activities, was a member of the board of directors of the American ORT Federation and of the Central Board of the World ORT Union. He fled to the United States during the war when the Nazis overran France. He was a member of a Russian-Jewish baronial family of financiers and Philanthropists.
