British authorities in the Protectorate of Aden have prohibited the Joint Distribution Committee and the Jewish Agency from extending relief to Jewish refugees entering the colony in flight from Yemen, the local press reported today from Aden.

The governor of the colony, Sir Reginald Champion, is reported to have asked the Yemenite authorities to take measures to halt the flow of Jewish refugees into Aden on the grounds that there was danger of new anti-Jewish disorders if large-scale Jewish immigration continues.
