There is little hope that the German denazification courts will continue to try Nazi criminals released several months ago from British custody, according to a letter received today here by the Committee for the investigation of Nazi Crimes in Baltic countries from the Bavarian Office of Hehabilitation.

The communication emphasized that it was unlikely those accused would be tried by the denazification courts despite the British promise, on releasing the men, that such tribunals would try them.
