Louis Oungre today relinquished his duties as director-general of the Jewish Colonization Association, a post which he held for many years. In recognition of his long service, he was given the post of honorary director-general by the organization and made its adviser. The future administration of the association will be entrusted to V. Girmounsky and G. Aronstein, serving as joint directors-general.
