John W. Outler, an employee of the Displaced Persons Commission, who was recently branded as anti-Semitic by the Commission, today appealed to Ugo Carasi, chairman of the Commission, for a hearing. Mr. Cutler had supplied Sen. Pat McCarran with “facts” attacking DP’s.
