In the same communication from Dr. Stock to Dr. Newman, it was proposed to teach schoolchildren tolerance and respect for graves. Commenting on Dr. Stock’s proposals, Dr. Nowman declared: “This action will bring to a speedy end these scandalous desecrations. It is, however, the individual responsibility of citizens to actively holp the government in this campaign.”
