J. Klavir, a leading Scottish Zionist and an active supporter of the Joint Palestine Appeal of Great Britain, was among 26 persons killed in a crash yesterday of a plane flying from here to Glasgow. Mr. Klavir, who was also a trustee of the Jewish National Fund commission in Scotland, made his home in Glasgow.
