Attorney General J. Howard McGrath has notified Rep. Arthur G. Klein, of New York, that Ronald Jostick, of Canada, who has engaged in pro-Nazi and anti-Semitic activities, will be denied entrance to the United States.

Attorney General McGrath informed Rep. Klein that a lookout notice is being posted by the Immigration Service and that appropriate action will be taken when Gostick applies for admission to the U.S. Gostick published an anti-Semitic publication called “Social Credit” and has a long record of Fascist activity in Canada.
