The Israel delegation to the Anglo-Israel financial talks here has submitted its demands in writing for the release of Israel sterling assets frozen here, it was learned here today.

It is not believed that the British will reply in writing but it is expected that invitations to reopen the recessed negotiations will be sent the Israelis. Meanwhile, the talks cannot be resumed because David Horowitz, leader of the Israelis, is confined to bed with an attack of influenza.
